If the user alerts, you as a relative will receive notifications in the Sensorem app containing the users exact GPS position.In the event of an alarm, the users relatives are also called in a predefined order and can act.
If no relative responds, the alarm goes on to Sensorems alarm center (open 24 hours a day, every day) which assesses the situation and can call an ambulance if the situation is urgent.
